Ghanaian gyal dem sugar, Kidi officially released “2 much sugar, a song titled off his “Where do we go from here album”.
Kidi’s 2 Much Sugar is more than a sugar rush. It’s a commentary wrapped in bright melodies and a playful rhythm. The title signals excess, but the lyrics invite listeners to think about what happens when sweetness becomes overwhelming.
It’s a clever blend of Afrobeat-infused pop, smooth vocal lines, and a production style that makes the song feel both familiar and new. The result is a track that’s easy to hum along to, yet rich enough to unpack on repeat listens.
